Meet Our Head Chef

Since stepping up as Head Chef at The Prince late last year, Jonah Davies has been shaping the kitchen with a fresh, Modern British menu. 

A young, local lad who has worked his way up in our kitchen, Jonah brings a bold yet thoughtful approach to pub dining, combining his passion for exceptional British produce & refined simplicity to the kitchen.

The menu brings a new focus to the dining room, with dishes like Blythburgh Pork Chop, Homemade Pies to share, and Westcombe Cheddar & Onion Tart, all made to complement the small-batch wines and beers that have made the pub a neighbourhood favourite.

The dining room is now open 7 days a week — We couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.
